These Terms of Service govern your use of petlinks.eu and any purchases made through it. By accessing the site or completing a purchase, you agree to these terms. Please read them before buying.

1. About PetLinks

PetLinks (petlinks.eu) is a platform that sells digital products — primarily PDF guides — written by pet owners about their experience running and monetizing pet social media accounts. We are based in the European Union.

2. Digital products

All products sold on PetLinks are digital downloads (PDF files). By completing a purchase you acknowledge that:

• You are purchasing a digital product delivered electronically, not a physical item.
• Your download link will be delivered to the email address provided at checkout immediately after payment is confirmed.
• Download links are valid for 48 hours from the time of purchase. If your link expires before you download, contact us and we will issue a new one.
• The guide reflects the author's personal experience and opinions. Results from applying the information will vary depending on your specific situation.

3. Pricing and payment

• All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include any applicable VAT where required.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. PetLinks does not store or handle your card details.
• Your purchase is confirmed once Stripe confirms successful payment. You will receive a download email at that point.

4. Refund policy

Because our products are digital downloads that are delivered immediately upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds once the file has been downloaded.

However, we will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:

• You were charged but did not receive your download link within 24 hours.
• The file you received was corrupt or unreadable.
• You were charged more than once for the same product.

To request a refund, email hello@petlinks.eu within 14 days of purchase with your order details. We aim to resolve all refund requests within 3 business days.

Under EU consumer law, you have a right of withdrawal for digital products within 14 days of purchase — unless you have already downloaded the file and expressly consented to immediate delivery at the time of purchase (which you do by completing checkout). By purchasing, you confirm this consent.

5. Licence and permitted use

When you purchase a PetLinks guide or template pack, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to:

• Read and use the guide for your own personal or commercial pet account.
• Use the Canva templates (where included) to create content for your own accounts.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the PDF file with others.
• Reproduce substantial portions of the guide in public-facing content without permission.
• Claim authorship of the guide or present it as your own work.
• Upload the file to any file-sharing platform or send it to others.

Each purchase is licensed to one individual. If you want to share the guide with a team or organisation, please contact us.

6. Accuracy of information

The guides on PetLinks are written by real pet owners sharing their genuine experience. They are informational and reflect personal opinions at the time of writing. We do not guarantee specific results, income levels, or outcomes from following the advice in any guide.

Income figures, platform policies, and market conditions change over time. Always verify current information independently before acting on it.

7. Intellectual property

All content on petlinks.eu — including text, design, layout, guides, and template designs — is owned by PetLinks or the respective pet account owner and is protected by copyright. Nothing on this site grants you any right to use our branding, trademarks, or content outside the personal licence described in Section 5.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PetLinks is not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of our products.
• Loss of income or business opportunities based on information in our guides.
• Technical issues outside our control, including email delivery failures caused by spam filters.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the jurisdiction in which PetLinks operates. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
